Account Deletion

This page explains how to permanently delete your MASK QR account and associated data held by Auufree. It is publicly accessible without sign-in, as required by Google Play Data Safety and similar store policies.

1. Delete in the app or website (recommended)

Android / iOS

  1. Open MASK QR and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings → Account.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Web (qr.auufree.com)

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Open the avatar menu (top right).
  3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

We call the API DELETE /api/v1/member/cancel_account to soft-delete your profile and linked sign-in records, then invalidate your session.

2. Request by email

Email help@auufree.com from the address registered on your account.

  • Subject line: Account Deletion Request
  • Include your registered email or username
  • We process verified requests within 7 business days

3. What is deleted

  • Profile (email, nickname, sign-in identifiers)
  • Account settings and server-side subscription status we store
  • Cloud sync and web-login session data tied to your account
  • Feedback submitted while logged in
  • Third-party login links (e.g. Google) on our servers

We use soft delete (is_deleted = 1); data is not returned in normal queries. Minimal billing or legal records may be retained where required.

On-device scan/generation history remains until you delete it in the app or uninstall.

4. Important

  • Deletion is irreversible; VIP status and account data cannot be restored.
  • Cancel Google Play or Apple subscriptions separately; account deletion does not auto-refund unused time.

本ページは、Auufree が運営する MASK QR のアカウントおよび関連データの削除方法を説明します。Google Play データセーフティ等の要件に沿い、ログイン不要で公開しています。

1. アプリまたは Web から削除（推奨）

Android / iOS

  1. MASK QR を開き、ログインします。
  2. プロフィール → 設定 → アカウント を開きます。
  3. アカウントを削除 をタップし、確認します。

Web（qr.auufree.com）

  1. アカウントにログインします。
  2. 右上のアバターメニューを開きます。
  3. アカウントを削除 を選択し、確認します。

API DELETE /api/v1/member/cancel_account によりプロフィールとログイン連携を論理削除し、セッションを無効化します。

2. メールで申請

登録メールから help@auufree.com へ送信してください。

  • 件名：Account Deletion Request
  • 登録メールまたはユーザー名を記載
  • 本人確認後、7 営業日以内に処理

3. 削除されるデータ

  • プロフィール（メール、ニックネーム、ログイン識別子）
  • アカウント設定、サーバー上の購読状態
  • クラウド同期・Web ログインに紐づくデータ
  • ログイン中に送信したフィードバック
  • 第三者ログイン連携（Google 等）

論理削除（is_deleted = 1）を行い、通常の照会では返しません。課金・法令上必要な最小記録は保持する場合があります。

端末内の履歴はアプリ内削除またはアンインストールで消去してください。

4. ご注意

  • 削除は取り消せません。VIP やアカウントデータは復元できません。
  • Google Play・Apple のサブスクリプションは別途解約してください。
