1. The service

MASK QR provides QR and barcode scanning, artistic/styled QR generation, batch tools, templates, history, export, optional account sign-in, and VIP subscription features. Features may vary by platform, version, or region.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and able to enter a binding contract. If you are under the age of majority, you must have parental or guardian consent. If you use MASK QR for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Accounts

• You may use some features without an account; sign-in may be required for sync, VIP, or web login.
• You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and activity on your account.
• You may delete your account at any time: Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account (mobile), or sign in at qr.auufree.com and choose Delete account in the avatar menu. Public guide: https://qr.auufree.com/delete-account. You may also email help@auufree.com. Deletion is a soft delete on our servers; some records may be retained as required by law. Cancel store subscriptions separately.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or security risks.

4. Subscriptions & in-app purchases (Google Play / App Store)

VIP or premium features may require a paid auto-renewing or non-renewing subscription through Google Play or the Apple App Store.

• Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage/cancel: Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Free trials (if offered) convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends; see in-app pricing.
• Restore purchases is available in the App where supported by the store.
• Refunds follow Google Play or Apple policies; contact the store for billing disputes.
• Prices, duration, and included features are shown in the App before purchase and may change with notice where required by law or store rules.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use MASK QR for illegal, harmful, deceptive, or infringing activities
• Create or scan codes linking to malware, phishing, hate, or prohibited content
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or circumvent access or payment controls
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation with Auufree

6. Your content

You retain rights to content you create (e.g. QR payloads, designs), subject to applicable law and third-party rights. You grant Auufree a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display such content only as needed to operate features you use (including backup/sync you enable).

You represent that you have all rights necessary for content you process through MASK QR.

7. Intellectual property

MASK QR software, branding, UI, templates, and documentation are owned by Auufree or licensors. Except as allowed by law or a separate license, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App.

8. Third-party services & links

The App may link to third-party sites or services (e.g. URLs in scanned codes). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices. Google Play and Apple are third-party beneficiaries of certain store-related provisions where applicable.

9. Disclaimers

MASK QR is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free scanning in all conditions, or that generated codes meet every printer, platform, or marketing standard. You are responsible for verifying codes before production, printing, or distribution.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auufree and its affiliates, officers, and employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid to Auufree for MASK QR in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $50 if you only use free features.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Auufree harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of MASK QR, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Apple App Store (iOS users)

If you obtained MASK QR from the Apple App Store, you also acknowledge:

• These Terms are between you and Auufree only, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the App.
• Apple is not responsible for product claims, intellectual property infringement claims, or third-party claims regarding the App.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
• Your use must comply with the App Store Terms of Media Services and applicable usage rules.

13. Google Play (Android users)

If you obtained MASK QR from Google Play, you agree to comply with Google Play Terms of Service and Google’s applicable policies. Google is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App.

14. Termination

You may stop using MASK QR at any time. We may suspend or terminate access with or without notice if you breach these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons. Provisions that by nature should survive (liability limits, indemnity, governing law) will survive.

15. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Auufree operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country provide otherwise. Courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive venue unless local law requires a different forum.

EU/UK consumers may also have rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in their country of residence.

16. Changes

We may modify these Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date and, where required, notify you in the App or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
